ISE athletes are standing on the box all around the World. Every weekend is a World tour. ISE's athletes won medals at Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, at World, European and National championship, challenged themselves at the Dakar rally, or climbing highest summits (Everest, Mont Blanc...).

You regularly have to deal with pain and injuries. You spend hours at training but you always get slow down and hold on by health problems such as low back pain, shoulder pain, ankle/foot pain, sports related overuse injuries of upper extremities such as tennis elbow, golfers elbow, impingement syndrome of shoulder, growth related painful conditions of young athletes such as painful knee, heel, hips and other osteo- muscular injuries and pathologies.

After analysing your medical background and your neuromuscular profile, our team will rethink your training plan, and design a new plan including prevention program, specific reinforcement exercises, flexibility training, proprioceptive training targeting agility, coordination and balance to increase your range of motion, strength your core, reinforce weak body area and keep you on track. Athletes regularly report that they return from injury to a superior level of competition.
